Here’s all of the Toyhouse icons we’ve recently made for all of our MLP OC’s so far!
We’ve posted art of all of these characters at some point previously on here and shared a little about them, but we still wanted to yap about them again a little for fun and for any new folks ^^ and…we just like talking about our OC’s hehe ✨
In order they are: Hyperpop (she/they), our Pinkie Pie X Vinyl Scratch fusion OC/kinsona. She’s the youngest out of her trio of sisters, and is a party pony who makes fun mash-ups, mixes, and sets that they DJ with. They’re also blind in one eye due to a rogue lazer light hitting her there during a show. They love any kind of music that’s fast and loud especially.
Jitterbug (she/her), our Fluttershy X Pinkie Pie fusion oc/kinsona. She’s the oldest of the sister trio, who loves to teach children about insects and hosts lots of bug themed events and fundraisers. She also loves to listen to 80’s-90’s music, and is often found dancing with herself when she thinks nobody’s around.
Cottagecore (she/any), our Vinyl Scratch X Fluttershy fusion OC/kinsona. The middle child of the trio, who likes to mix music together with ambient sounds to create relaxing spaces with. They’re also mute and communicate via a soundboard with various audio clips and samples, including a solid amount of memes. She secretly indulges in online activities and has a bit of a troll side to her.
Time Trial (he/him), a “Hybrid Hippogriff” (our term for a Pegasus-Griffon hybrid), and a secondary ‘sona/character that a good handful of us share. He’s a gamer and streamer that specializes in speedrunning, video game completion, and achievement hunting. We also recently decided to make him Hyperpop’s boyfriend. -w-
And lastly, our namesake, Katydid (they/them)! They’re our collective ponysona, a reformed changeling (who kept some of their physical old changeling traits upon transforming), that represents our system as a whole. This form isn’t often seen, as they usually take on the pony form of Happy Days (Devin’s ponysona) by default in public, but will transform into our alters various ponysona’s depending on who’s fronting. They only show this form to others that they are extremely close too and fully trust (mainly close friends and their partner, Torque Wrench, who is our husband’s ponysona that we made for him :3), and in some online spaces where they feel safe enough to do so.
