Heyas~♪ welcome to my translating side-blog!

My name is Lotus, and I’m basically just a girl who’s really into Enstars and TWST, but you can expect a focus on Enstars TLs!

I want to make a quick disclaimer that I am not a professional translator, nor do I know all the ins and outs of the Japanese language. I started this blog to help me with learning Japanese so I can speak and understand it better, so I can almost 100% guarantee there will be mistakes in my translations from time to time. If you notice any of these mistakes, do feel free to correct me (please be nice about it), as I really do appreciate all the feedback! 💕

Also please keep in mind that I am a student in university, so my schedule is rather busy. If your ask does not get answered for a while, I promise I have seen it and I’m working on it!

Self-reblog really quick, but I just wanted to say this is my first time TLing Valkyrie, and I wanted to make sure I handled distinguishing Shu and Mademoiselle properly. If anyone has any suggestions how to do this in the future or doesn't like the way I did it for this TL (aka giving her her own icon and bubbles but colored the same way as Shu's), please reach out! I'm always willing to fix things if it works better a different way 😊

The page for "At the Whims of Dreams" Parts 1-5 is up as well, but empty. I have Part 1 done but not posted, because I do need to attempt some sleep before my live TL session. So that will be coming eventually, and I'll post about it whenever it's done.

Also the story preview page for Area 04: MDU VS Valk is up, here!

Bear with me because there's a lot of placeholders until the story drops, so the page looks like a bit of a mess. It will be fixed tomorrow!

I am also going to say, there is a very likely chance there may be some mistakes or typos in this translation since it's my first time live TLing. The first few Bubble Gum Dance story TLs will start going up towards the end of this week, as I just have some proofreading, final polishing, and formatting to do before they’re ready.

I will also try my hardest to be awake to begin translating the MM Valk VS MDU story as soon as it drops. There will be a momentary pause in other TLs while I do so!

Big News, Everyone!!! I have a WEBSITE!!!

It’s always been a goal of mine to make my translations more accessible to people and also a bit more organized, hence the switch to a website. Tumblr was getting a little bit cluttered and formatting was always frustrating (not being able to highlight and indent multiple lines at a time on mobile 😐).

So, with that said, you guys are probably wondering how that’s going to affect my translations. Here’s all the changes coming:

There will be a full move over to my website. All non-login bonus TLs will be moved to there slowly but surely. I will likely not be removing those translations from here, but I will not be posting new ones here. I will consider moving login bonus TLs over there, but it’s not a priority. Huge priority right now is getting the MDU Debut Showlive event thingy moved over and then continuing all the TLs I have previously committed myself to (Bubble Gum Dance, Secret Masquerade, Unbalanced Triangle, and Prettycal Parade event stories).

I will still use Tumblr, but it will be to post links whenever I drop new TLs. Additionally, I will still take asks here for TLs (check my request policy on my website), but they will be posted only on my website.

Any TLs still up on here will abide by the TOS on my website (there’s not that crazy of a change, just more in-depth and better worded), so if you ever have questions about my TOS for my TLs from now on, check my website (it’ll get linked in pinned).

I will be shifting to focus on TLs for the main story, any events, and scout stories. This means a general shift away from login bonus TLs and other things of that nature.

I will also be updating my pinned post with all my rules and information for this blog!
