Serial Number #9α21 (Yukari Takeba)

Classified as Longhorn.

#9α21 was, much like #8D71, a second year at Gekoukhan high school. Many test show that subject can be angered easily. Humans legs were replaced as well as horns being driven into the head. Staff should be careful as #9α21 can be able to break skin with horns and fracture and or break bones with hooves.

Subject has been heard crying at night. Nothing is know about that. Notes to be added later.

Serial number #8D71 (Minato Arisato/Makoto Yuki)

Classified as Shapeshifter

#8D71 was a transfer student to Gekokhan High School. Not much is known of origins. During multiple trials and tests, bruises were found on his body as well as bone displacement. After one transformation, he seemed unable to move for a while. #8D71 expresses mild discomfort when limbs aren't moving.

In his current condition, he is stable although he is very stressed out. In no uncertain terms should you enter his cell as when he can get up, he will attack.
