This will be the last year for my Winter Soldier cosplay, unfortunately its falling apart, but i thought i’d make of a post of SOME of my favorite photos.

Hey there that Bucky arm is gorgeous!! Was just wondering what the construction process was like? The pictures are stunning by the way, excellent cosplay!!

Hey Thanks! That was my first time working with worbla, it wasn’t too bad (I made it twice). I had a friend help me make a cast of my arm out of duct tape, then i covered it with paper, drew the design, took the paper off and cut the pieces out of worbla. I, then, used a heat gun to melt the worbla pieces over the arm. then I used this technique (I got real done with the sanding though)

and then i painted!
