when is this opening?

i'd like to accept once there are twenty apps, but i also would really, really like to see an even or near even ratio before that point. so hopefully, we'll be there once twenty apps are in, if not, it'll open once there are a near even amount of apps for female, male, and non-binary characters.

how long does the app have to be? like when describing the character?

not long at all, love! i'm not asking for a full bio, a playlist, and a mock blog. honestly, if you'd like to write up a few bullet points & do a mock/muse blog, that'd be okay! if you'd only like to do bullet points, that's okay, too. i'm not looking for lengthy apps, i'm looking for apps help me see the character you want to bring to life. always remember, quality > quantity

when will acceptances be?

i'll be accepting once there are twenty apps! there are currently three in the inbox which means we're just shy of being 1/4 of the way to the goal. which is pretty good for only being open less than twenty-four hours.
