Theres this type of exhaustion of being friends with people, I feel like so much of it is managing emotions and expectations of others and I'm finding it so hard. A friend of mine who I care about definitely has RSD and... i'm so tired. The emotional labour is weighing and i struggle with my own mental health and i just... can't keep it up

How do you feel more present? Like, right now my mood is so low and I'm so keyed up and anxious that I don't know what to do with myself, which results in this lack of presence. Like, I know that my hands are my hands but I don't feel connected to them and everything feels like a blur of time with no definition, and all I can focus on his how my chest hurts because I'm anxious and my head feels wrong and heavy and sad
