A quick stop on the way to Grand Canyon, AZ at Spirit Mountain Ranch the former home of the Sacred White Buffalo Heard. It was once a roadside attraction near Flagstaff. The ranch has since burned down and the buffalo are now on the West Coast. The white buffalo are a symbol of sacred life and abundance to the Native Americans.

Along the South Kaibab trail, just past skeleton point is this... No words... The canyon is wonderous!🌵💪✌ (at The Grand Canyon)

We hiked 🌵Rim to River and back yesterday. It was an amazing 15 mile journey starting from the South Kaibab trail down to the Colorado River and back up the Bright Angel trail. We hiked through some surreal and surprizing landscapes. We feel accomplished and a bit sore. ✌💚💪 (at Grand Canyon National Park, Az)

Hiking down into the Grand Canyon gives you an entirely different perspective than the Rim. A wide open space with some amazing plantlife! (at Grand Canyon National Park)
