Lucia’s life had been picking up lately! She had found 200 bucks on the sidewalk, she got a promotion at her job, and everything at her home was smooth and good! She hated it though, this was the high before the low, and the low always hurt more than some of the wounds and bruises she had ever gotten, and with everything being rosy and well off, she knew things were going to get bad. So, she would stay on her guard, even at the convenience store-
And here, a sort of trouble then intrudes. It’s easy to tell that this woman and her companion were not humans, in spite of their forms. The woman had long white hair done up in twin ponytails, with lime green q, pink blouse, pale blue skirt and big black boots, she was…colorful, to say the least. The companion appeared to be a chubby woman with short brown hair and green eyes in a crimson skirt patterned with white flowers, a black t-shirt with “Historic Route 66” on the front, done in the style of a sign, with black shoes with short, dirty-looking pale blue socks, and pink plastic glasses. The chubby woman greets Lucia first.
Chubby woman: “Hello! Alright, soda, soda, where is the soda…”
What a low voice for a woman! She seems to be interested in soda, while the colorful woman seems to be eyeballing the candy section.
Colorful woman: “Ooh, haven’t seen this kind yet.”
Chubby woman: “Duh, that brand is exclusive to here. What kind is it?”
Perhaps now is the time to educate?
-Lucia looked at these two. She just greeted back with a wave. Normally she wasn’t one for helping, but honestly, the way it was sounding was that these two unknowns were trying to solve things for themselves, who was she to just “educate”? She would feel like an ass to come over and just lay down the law, so she would just listen. She’d help out if it got bad, but whom ever they were, she felt they were alright for now- -As for Lucia, she took her hands out of her powder yellow hoodie pocket as she squatted down in her men’s baggy jeans to look around to see what she was hunting. Off brand Mac n’ Cheese. Not a great meal, but she was craving something she hadn’t had in a while. Once she found it, she smiled and grabbed it as she got up, and looked at the two, clearly still hunting. Lucia sighed, but smiled as she walked over to the two of them- Say, are you two hunting for something more…specific? Cause, while I don’t work here….I could help if you need it. -she said, not wanting to come off as a creep or anything.-
The colorful girl smiles. By the eyes alone, this wasn’t your average unknown. She was certainly adorable though.
Colorful girl: “Yes, actually, I’ve never seen this brand before! Is it exclusive to this city? Have you tried it? If so, how is it?”
She holds up a bag of what looks to be assorted fruit gummies.
-She looked at the brand. She hadn't had them before, but she knew of it, and a Elf at work loved them, so they must be pretty good. So she would explain- So "Aero-beads" are a bit of a Gushers knock off. It has real fruit filling in the middle of them. I haven't tried them, and I don't know if it's city exclusive. Haven't traveled much so they could be in other places. But, I have a co-worker who swears they are good. -she explained to the colorful girl-
