Aloe Vera Lanzarote ❤️
The Aloe Vera Products
I am very fussy with the types of products I use on my skin, especially my face. I have spot-prone skin that doesn't like many of the spot relieving products you can buy, leaving me with not many options. My mum brought home a sample of some Aloe Vera Gel designed especially for acne prone skin, I was anxious about trying it as I had never heard of the product before. However my mum assured me it would be great for my skin as it would made from a pure Aloe Vera plant, and so I tried it. I fell in love instantly.
Since then I have tried many different Aloe Vera products and loved each one. They make the skin feel soft and silky and work wonders on my acne. My recent favourite Aloe product is the Aloe Vera Lanzarote Body Cream, bought as a present from my Grandma. I use it after every shower, (only on my legs) and it feels amazing. Honestly couldn't fault these products.

SALI HUGHES- PRETTY HONEST
Sali Hughes is a British beauty writer who, in the words of make up artist Bobbi Brown, “decodes beauty for any woman with smart, simple and practical advice.” Her handy book has taught me how to correctly apply makeup and how to choose the products I am using on my skin.
A little backstory:
When I was 13 years old, all I wanted to be was a makeup artist, in beauty and theatre. I loved finding new ideas and designs to try out on my friends and family. Knowing this, my auntie decided to purchase ‘PRETTY HONEST’ as a present that year. I immediately fell in love with her ideas and tips to helping me find the perfect product to help my spot prone skin. She wrote about different products for different skin types and how some products should not be used on particular skin types. But I must admit, the best part was that it was signed for me too.
Although, I am nearly 16, I still swear by this as my beauty bible and look to her for advice often. Sali Hughes and her amazing ‘Beauty Companion’ have helped me to express myself through the makeup I buy and how to achieve the perfect look while doing so.
Have you read any beauty books that I should try? Let me know through message.
