Markus lifted his eyebrows and purses his lips, "honestly nothing, but that would get you arrested for public nudity now wouldn't it? Something dressier than what I gave you will be fine."

Markus blinked and slowed his stride, almost taken aback by the other man’s request, “Wait…” he paused, trying to look charming and alluring instead of the almost giddy look that was begging to creep into his face, “you’re serious?”
“Sure, put your money where your mouth is or whatever” Sebastian said casually, glancing sideways at the man. “You always claim that you are so great at that stuff, well, prove it”

“You’re too sweet for your own good. How are you ever supposed to be m partner in crime if you can’t make anyone dislike you?”
“Cry on command? that’s pretty impressive,” Markus laughed, his eyebrows flying up, “unfortunately I’m already bringing someone along to fuck with my dad but hey theres always dinner with my mom and her husband.”
“Well, someones gotta make him feel like he’s parenting for another 6 months.”

Nearly 20 years old and there wasn’t a single person on the face of the earth ( with the exception of maybe Sebastian or Zelena when he managed to piss either of the off which was frequently ) that Markus feared more than his dad. Now that him and Madelyn were in college and the ice had not yet dissolved between the Carlisle’s and the Mathis’, his father for some odd reason had decided to try and live up to his role for the first time ever. So after Madelyn basically told him to fuck off and Casey ran for the hills, Markus was the only one of the trio left to suffer through brunch. At least this time, he had a plan.
“Noah, I know the ultimate goal here is to piss my dad off but we’re already running late and he’s going to start leaving me angry voicemails if we don’t get going.” he sighed as he leaned against the doorframe.
“No, I’ll definitely shoot you a message if it gets too bad. I think someones coming with me so that will either make it worse or hilarious. I’ll let you know.”
“I’ve actually found someone to pretend to be my new fiance which is great because not only is it man but he’s as much of an asshole as I am.”
“right? and wouldn’t that be shame,”
“See, I tried going drunk once but then we both showed up wasted and they threw us out.”
“Sorry not all of us can be daddy’s little princess, sweetheart. Last I checked, my life was not overexaggerated, even if my family’s dramatic enough to have a show on the E! Network.”
“Why do you think everyone is so fucking cynical?” Markus laughed,”parental guilt, I think. He’s trying to make up for about 20 years missed by actually trying to have some control over things.”
“Look man, I’m not gonna have a “my daddy issues are worse than yours” argument. Everyone at this school his pretty much given their parents the big F you. I just don’t have a choice, one of us has gotta go and my sisters got work and Im pretty sure my dad still thinks Case is back in England with his mom.”
