A few years ago, my son asked me if he could play GTA on his xbox. I told him that when he was old enough to write an essay on misogyny and its effects on society then he could play. A few days ago, he came to me and told me he’d been watching episodes of Feminist Frequency and felt that he was ready to write that essay. His stepmother, @zjemptv​ and I came up with a list of questions. His answers, transcribed below (spelling errors corrected):

1. What is misogyny?

Misogyny is for men to think they’re better than women and they abuse women to show their dominance but that just make them look like jerks. If this is put into games too much, women would think it’s horrible and start hating the game. For example in Mass Effect you could slap the mean news lady. That equals to misogyny.

2. Give 3 examples of misogyny in video games that you’ve seen played on YouTube

In GTAV you do anything but if you shoot only women that counts to misogyny. Another example in video games is like wrestling. Some games allow you to beat women up in wrestling games. In any game that has misogyny some history events sometimes have women abuses in some games you can rape in those games that have misogyny.

3. Why might these examples of casual misogyny in video games be correlated to real life interpersonal violence toward women?

It’s probably a bad thing to rape women either in real life or in games. If a child is doing that in games it could teach them wrong. Imagine a dimension where misogyny switched places! It could be opposite but by the way rape nd abuse is all the way totally wrong.

Transcript: I wrote the script for this video on the 5th of november and on that day there was a leak that I can not wait to tell you about. (cue intro). On the 5th of november chapter 700 one of if not the last chapter of the naruto manga was leaked. In which panels showing the future couples of the official naruto universe was revealed. The one couple that immediately caught my attention was naruto and hinata. Thats right ladies and gentlemen after waiting over 15 years. Naruto’s first manga chapter being released in 1999 and chapter 700 being released in 2014. The one couple that has constantly been teased at but never confirmed naruto and hinata are official, and they also have two children together.

I can not express in words how excited and relieved I am. I became a fan of naruto when I was 13 and it premiered on cartoon networks toonami show. From the first moment hinata appeared on screen. I wanted her to get together with naruto. I always found them to be the perfect couple, that were just meant for eachother. But I had to wait six years for it to finally become a reality. Sure in the mean time I read fanfictions and fan-comics of naruto and hinata being together. One of the best being the naruhina chronicles available for free on deviantart link below.

Nothing can compare however to something being official and cannon to a story. The relief and excitement I am feeling as I am writing the script for this video is at a sky high. This was always the number one plot point that always matter to me as the story of naruto was being told. Sure naruto becoming konoha's hokage is in a pretty close second. But naruto finally admitting feelings for hinata and dating her was always there. Every single time hinata would appear in an episode with naruto I would always hope it was this episode that would finally get them together. But it was never meant to be until now.

Now that I know naruto and hinata are officially a couple in the end of naruto’s story. I am more excited than ever for naruto the last. As if the trailers are to be believed it is during that movie that finally pushes naruto to admit feelings for hinata and thus lead up to what we see in these panels years after that movie takes place where he has two children with her. This for me is the best marketing viz media could have possibly hoped for. As before this news I was lukewarm on naruto the last. Now I am so fucking pumped for naruto the last I am counting down the days until I can see it. December 6th can’t come fast enough.

Before I go however, on the sixth of november. The very next day of the script for this video’s writing. Chapter 700 again the last chapter of naruto was officially released in english. Thus now that its officially over I have some parting words for naruto as whole.

  I admit I do want to cry because its over, but if I do they will be tears of joy because this is the best ending I could have possibly hoped for. The final parting words on the last page wrap up the naruto story nicely.

Those parting words being and I quote “Once upon a time there was a fox spirit with nine-tails. A boy had the fox sealed inside him and the two spent a long time together. A new calamity, the juubi, was revived, but the boy became a shinobi, and together with the fox spirit and the other shinobi they became one and succeed in sealing it. The boy with the fox spirit sealed inside him was the son of the fourth hokage. Now he is called the seventh hokage. . .” End quote.  

Sure this is the end for naruto’s story, but its only the beginning in the sense that now on my bucket list is to watch AND read every single naruto story from the very beginning to the very end.

Naruto you will always be in my heart as you guided me from the darkest point in my life towards the light. Sure I am infatuated with doctor who right now, but I will re-enter your world when I retire and have more than enough time and justification to spend weeks upon weeks watching every episode and movie, as well as read every chapter of your wonderful story.

I have to also give props to kishimoto who came through and exceeded my expectations for how well he would wrap up this epic tale. Masashi Kishimoto 岸本 斉史 created naruto because he wanted to have his own dragon ball z-esk epic story, and he certainly did just that. I will definitely keep both franchises (dragon ball, naruto) close to my heart, and feel lucky to have been a fan of both franchises. Because only a few of the generations following me will ever understand just how epic those two stories are/were.

Good bye naruto uzumaki, the greatest shinobi to ever live. Take your rightful place next to Son Goku as the two greatest anime warriors. You deserve it you yellow haired knuckle-head.

So can we give a hand to all these celebrities speaking out against feminism? Because they’ve faced countless attacks for simply not wanting to associate with a hate group. It seems as though feminists believe that just because you’re a woman, you owe them something. Yet notice how none of these ladies say they are anti-woman. Yeah, that would be because you do not have to identify as a feminist to support women and equality… and you also certainly don’t owe selling yourself to the feminist movement. Especially because feminism really comes with so many negative connotations because it’s basically turned from a movement for equality into a glorified victim complex that promotes blatant sexism against men and advocates for special consideration and treatment towards women. Most people don’t oppose feminism because they oppose women or advocacy for women. They oppose it because of the harmful philosophies it perpetuates, like Patriarchy theory, and much of the harmful legislation that many feminists advocate for. And of course they probably oppose it because most feminists act like straight up jerks. I think Bjork said it pretty well, it’s more important to be doing positive stuff than complaining all the time.

So feminists, if you really still want people to join your movement, you better clean up your act. Because people right now see feminism for what it really is. And regardless of your dictionary definition of the term, actions speak far louder than words.

The "yes means yes" campus sex law won’t turn everyone into a rapist

My comment: The fact that you have to defend this law is damning in and of itself. No one has to defend the fact that murder is illegal, or theft is illegal. The only laws that need defending in the court of public opinions are bad laws that should not exist in the first place. Stand your ground laws need defending, drug laws need defending, family and paternal laws need defending, and yes this law needs defending because it too should not exist in the first place.

Sexual assault does not happen as much as these legislators and schools are claiming it happens. Of course though it has to be said I am talking about REAL SEXUAL ASSAULT, not the redefined sexual assault where just by making someone who happens to have a vagina and tits attached to them "uncomfortable" is considered sexual assault. 

The Bureau of Justice Statistics' "Violent Victimization of College Students" report tells a different and more plausible story about campus culture. During the years surveyed, 1995-2002, the DOJ found that there were six rapes or sexual assaults per thousand per year. Across the nation's four million female college students, that comes to about one victim in forty students. Other DOJ statistics show that the overall rape rate is in sharp decline: since 1995, the estimated rate of female rape or sexual assault victimizations has decreased by about 60 percent.

Thus in the end this law and campus rules against sexual assault are not needed because in reality its a rarity for real sexual assault to take place on campus or anywhere for that matter. No matter what these fear-mongering feminists say, the numbers and data don't lie. America's crime rate for ALL CRIMES is DECREASING by the year. America is getting safer and safer by the day, yet people and groups with agendas will tell you otherwise.

If I had to entofy as anything I’d identify as an egalitarian : a person who believes that all people are created equal and deserve equal treatment.
