I'm experimenting with darker shading since we are in Waterfall, and the backgrounds too.

This place should be located in the cave room right next to the flower wishing room. I figured it was the place with the most shining gems given the game's graphics. So what's better than a high cliff, away from pesky visitors to contemplate the beautiful ceiling ? Unless you take a nap right under it...

We played sonic frontiers with a friend, with my knowledge of the sonic games stopping at sonic colors ds. This game slaps !

As epic as it was, we wheezed so hard at sage interactions being like "I don't care, I won't explain anything. Get your *ss off my Island". A bit like Knuckles in sonic 3, we laughed even harder.

Yeah Yeah... rocket man

We were watching the new Sonic prime series with a friend who's a big fan of the blue blur when he pointed out how similar the orange trail shadow leaves were to the orange trait I use in the comic. Then I drew this ^^

I gotta admit, it was a (chaos) blast to do.

It was totally new territory for me: New brush, different styles and shadings. I had to adapt Iris design to fit the style, hence why they look like a weird mix from the end of tome 1.

Shadow was never an inspiration for Iris so it's even funnier that they have common characteristics. For the orange trait, I took inspiration from the Tron movie, and I'm pretty sure the animators from sonic prime did too

comic delay ?

I am bloody sick, biggest sinusitis I've had in years as a Christmas gift from my brother. I still prepared some pages already, so it should affect the releases for now. but I'm a bit worried about my studies since I'll get a lot more homework then. It might affect the comic on the longer term.

I might have finally found a style of shading I'm satisfied with.

H1 can speak by using magic, it replaces their vocal cords. So they can speak normally too, even if it's a bit harder.

When you're too old to care about dying, so you use your power to maintain yourself a bit more and friendly chat with the weird kid. He has already lived for centuries under 2 different forms, so he's pretty tired.

He and the other monster both turned to dust. It's not steaming even if it looks a bit like that. ^^'

Iris popped their right eye by using 3 traits at the same time because it was too powerful for their body (and other devices) to handle. Meaning they cannot use more than one at a time anymore (they got nerfed)

I really like to play with the traits' colours. Switching from green to blue thus stopping the healing, might not be the best idea though...

Forgot to mention but Aegis has green attacks because he's a healer basically, and so he can use that kind of paralysis Undyne-like effect, just a bit more flashy.

TFP Megatron

It's my first time drawing transformers, they're definitively more pointy than what I'm used to. As always, I'm not good at drawing backgrounds ^^'

I love Meg's design for the Transformers Prime movie, the rusty/dirt parts are logical considering Unicron's part in the story. I did struggle with some parts because there are not a lot of clear references for his design, he's always in the dark.

Having him being neutral following the movie, just making cameos and sassy comments while the cons are running around like a bunch of unsupervised chaotic children would have been hilarious. But given the quality of RID's scenario, I'm glad they didn't include him in the end.

Earthspark looks promising, I'll be sure to watch it !

I've finally coloured it, it's been months since I was done inking but ngl, I'm rusty with csp.

Finally, some epic fight. Aegis is like "really dude ?" and I think it's hilarious.

Iris' orange trait design is inspired by the Tron movie, it really gives off that speed vibe. I did review their design compared to the trait chart.
