What if to do jobs or heists you need to have a certain level of trust with people? You build trust by hanging out and on jobs the trust will build even more. So like you may need someone with a certain level of hacking ability. But they don’t really know you. So you have to do a job for them or tell them a piece of information but in doing so can damage trust in another person you know.
