This month we are supporting:MS Society UK is the leading UK charity committed to beating MS. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neurological condition, it is a complex disease and has many symptoms. Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20-40, but it can affect younger and older people too. Roughly three times as many women have MS as men. 100,000 people live with multiple sclerosis in the UK. Every one of them shares the uncertainty of life with MS. MS Society UK is funding research and fighting for better treatment and care to help people with MS take control of their lives. With your support, we will beat MS. This month we are supporting The Marfan Foundation. Marfan syndrome is a life-threatening genetic disorder of the body’s connective tissue. It affects the heart and blood vessels, the bones and the eyes. 1 in 5000 people have Marfan Syndrome. Half don’t know it. Knowing the signs is key.
