I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to meet Darwyn Cooke at a few different conventions. He was a great artist, always one of my favorite Wonder Womans. He will be sorely missed.

I am loving the Hades out of this book.

The art is spectacular. The storytelling is…true. It FEELS like a book about Diana and the Amazons and Hippolyta and the history of Themyscira.

It’s a slow read. Don’t - please! - misinterpret that. What I mean is that things are unfolding, building, growing all around and the art and the story are so beautifully intertwined and…it’s a really great book, ok? I’m getting all full of feelings-y over here.

Renae De Liz is working magic in this book (writing and pencils), and Ray Dillon’s inks and colors and lettering are gorgeous and perfect for the story.

De Liz tweeted this over the weekend: “The Legend of Wonder Woman #1 will be coming out IN PRINT on Jan.13th! Not a lot of promotion for it, so please help spread the word :)“, so now’s your chance to read it for yourself. And please, yes! Let people know about this book.

It deserves so much love and praise.
