Hey McGee, I could really use a hug. It's finals week at my university and I'm stressed! I've been having panic attacks almost every night for the past few days and the one person that usually helps me through them has been distant.

Gibbs, I need some advice. I've just been feeling helpless and lost for a while now, and it sucks. I just feel emotionally drained and empty and I don't know what to do.

My team once told me that it's okay to ask for help. At the time, I felt that I had to do it all on my own. To protect them. That it was better that way.

My team taught me better.

I'm proud of you for reaching out to me. Now, reach out to your friends and family. You don't have to work through this on your own. I promise. Things will get better.
