Ate Joyce’s expression is mine when I learned that I’m leading worship on this topic. You see, I haven’t been on fire about life and my faith these past few months. Like I’ve been in a state of limbo. It’s just one of those days when you feel like you are drifting apart. Not losing faith, but drifting apart. Meet Bea, a 14 year old daughter of a Sun Lifer. Her mom donated to the booth of Children’s Hour (Sun Life Foundation partner) and got some shirts. When I thanked them, her mom shared that @childrenshourph organized a Mind Museum Tour for the indigent community that her daughter, Bea organized. I was floored. A 14 year old thought of organizing a community? What was I even doing at such a young age? Her mom shared that Bea always had a heart for social work. In fact, when she was sent to Switzerland for a conference, she proudly shared Sun Life Foundation’s activities and the panel was impressed. I wish I could have met her sooner.
