Still no reply from this company, I have been trying to login for over two weeks. Do not store your coins with this company they will keep your coins and lock you out of your account. Fucking Philip Schnabel is the name of the scamming fucker that runs this online website. He is the one and only person who works at this company. There is no customer service because he is the only fucker there. Use his link underneath to file an official complaint.
