The real you - the truest part within - stays with you forever. Call the truth what you want - love, light, the divine - you know what it is, if you’re willing to pay attention deeply enough.

Years and years of conditioning teach us to hide the truth, with masks and walls that are rooted in fear. Stop hiding, and start living, exactly as you were meant to.

Not dependence.

I don’t know if I can, and yet I keep going. I can’t think of a truer kind of love than that.

Have you loved and lost? Have you risked and come up short? And are you prepared to do it again?

Tend to the child within

Self-castigation is not going to help you. It never does, yet we do it anyway. Be a good parent to yourself: gentle, nurturing and patient.

Get body, mind and spirit in order and the rest will follow.
