Well a bit of a funky one, given all the characters have been gender swapped, as well as aged up to university level, oh and the fact that you are taking the place of Brooke Page who is the daughter of the narrators, better not let it slip that you have the ability to change the stories more than people might think!

All you have to do is keep your head down and enjoy this life to the fullest! At least you aren't an actual pony, the only new featured you have are a pair of ears, a tail, and a unicorn horn. But the next chapter for Enchanted is almost done I promise! And it will be nice and long! I have a few more scenes I have to write and then I need to edit my grammar and spelling!

Then to answer your question about Enchanted, yes I will be updating it. Granted with how long the chapters are they take me quite a while to actually write (I am not that fast of a typer unfortunately).
And I am also trying to publish some other chapters/drafts for my other stories, so that is taking up some of my writing time. I'm also trying to be better about proofreading my own work before I post it, so that is also a time suck because I try to give myself a few days break before coming back and editing my writing.
So as of now I am hoping to publish the next chapter of Enchanted in about two weeks (give or take), but I can confirm that an update will be out by the end of March.

So unfortunately I will not be able to answer this question due to two main reasons. The first one being spoilers for things I have planed and the second reason is that said plans are not set in stone. Iām still planning out those episodes and have a few different ideas on how I want to approach them.
Welp it is time for me to gush another fic that had since caught my eye and actually made me make a Quotev account just to comment. Like ive been reading fics on Quotev for almost a decade without an account before last year. Still cant believe i made one but do know that i dont regret it (i avoided making an account bc honestly, i was lazy and didnt see the point on making one until i read this fic and wanted to share my thoughts with the author)
In Quotev, thereās a fic called Enchanted by Seafoam or her username here in tumblr, @theoceanseafoam , where the reader got isekaied, after she died saving a child from a car collision, to the My Little Pony world but everyone is genderbent and human with horse features ala Umamusume. Its a Various x reader type of story with the LIs being the main six and more (not gonna spoil the whole list) and the reader got a system that give them tasks and rewards to help them in the new world. Enchanted is an incredible fic that has art made by Seafoam accompanying each new chapter, detailed world building, and character dynamics that i love so dearly.

So because this is a reader fic, i have chosen a name to use for her and decided with Essentia!
I wanted a name that was unique but still made sense to the MC and around that time, i was playing Pokemon Legends ZA everyday religiously. In the game, you meet a character called Emma, a detective in Lumiose City who has the code name Essentia. Essentia sounds a lot like essence and presence which fits the MCās role in the story. As you see, the MCās presence has changed the MLP story via taking someoneās roleā¦ in a way (Its complicated and this characterās genderbent self still exist so it isnt a full on role takeover..?) and her soul or essence is from another world. It fits all the criterias i was looking for and it feels oddly magical sounding for me.
Oh and her name that she had before she got isekaied is Estelle. Kinda useless considering it would only be of use in the first chapter but i wanted to give her a human name for funsies and the fact that it means star (a hint of which character that MC kinda took the role of which again, its complicated)
It was also around that time when the Umamusume hype was still kinda strong in my fyp and when i saw the art of MC in one of the first chapters, my first thought went to Agnes Tachyon and Haru Urara. Agnes Tachyon bc of the brown hair and, now that i think of it, their similar personalities and Haru Urara bc sheās my favourite uma and may she rest in peace š. Anyway, i immediately thought of how would the main six be like in Umamusume which inspired me to think of MC wearing the Starting Future outfit and her ult would just be MC using her magic to be Usain Bolt//jk. Her pose is also of Stay Goldās, though Stay Gold got nothing to do why i chose the pose, i just wanted a good pose that could show off the outfit and make her look calm and natural (ironic considering how IRL Stay Gold was like)
Im sure you noticed that her outfit has lines of small purple stars and that star is also behind her and thatās the base of her Cutie Mark! There were some miscommunications i had with the artist which led to it being just a purple star but i promise that MCās cutie mark is much more detailed and prettier (again, more hints to who that character that MC kinda took the role ofā¦ if you watch the series, its def obvious who it is now š )
Enchanted is an amazing well written various x reader fic that im so glad to have found. Its immersive, funny in some ways, and just SO good with how the author write the cast and MC that UHGGG, i cant explain it but im going to try! The MC is a workaholic badass good girl. Sheās smart but also take no shit from anyone (petty as fuck but i love that). She has platonic relationships that are just as important as the romantic ones. And she can and will punch Prince Solaris (Princess Celestiaās genderbent) for what he did in the origin chapters and honestly, fair and go queen! The genderbent cast are also great as while theyāre mostly the same as their canon selves, Seafoam has expanded on some parts of their character and backstory that got me really interested. They are also very much whipped for the MC and its so funny and endearing that im just excited to see what will they do next to woo MC because each LIs have different dynamics with the MC that makes sense and fun to read. Seafoam has also did a wonderful job on giving details of the world building that made the fic immersive, like its so easy to get sucked in and believe, yeah this is how the MLP world would be like beyond what the canon material has given us. Thereās even an overarching lore with the system as all of Seafoamās fic contain a system and we get small references to the other fics and details that might lead to.. something, possibly. The fact that the system for Enchanted is also a LI is interesting on how exactly that will work. And lastly, Seafoamās art as i get amazed everytime by how much thought and effort she puts into her designs for what the main cast and MC looks like.
Since i first started reading fanfiction, the various x reader genre has been a favourite of mine. While i did get into ones with Mary Sue readers and, unfortunately, LIs where the MC is young while the LIs are much older (god i felt so embarrased when i finally realized why it felt icky to me even back then), it was a huge part of nurturing my love to read and just enjoy fandoms. But as i grew older, i stopped reading fics from that genre due to changing interests. It wasnt until i found a Pokemon Various x reader fic that intrigued me due to its interesting concept and twist that my love for the genre came back. And when that fic stopped updating (hope the author is doing well), i found Seafoamās fic that made me a fan of her work and her later works as well. Seafoamās fanfics made me feel nostalgic and childish (in a good way) as she writes fics from shows and fandoms i used to be into. Im so happy i get to enjoy her work and i wish that anyone who has read to this point can also feel the same enjoyment i have from her fics.
