Theodore laughed. “I don’t see the problem... I mean it is unusually warm for this time of year..” he pointed out.

“Apparently it is still to early to wear a vest... but I feel warm today so I don’t see a problem in it..” he stated.

“Because you are my best friend and I thought you might be able to help..” he replied

“I told him to fuck off and then I blocked him.”

Theo laughed... “I could have done that... I just wanted to let him down gently..” he pointed out.

“I’m going to take that as a yes.” She began typing, and set the phone down. “Done. He won’t be bothering you anymore.”

Theo watched the female. “What did you say?” he wondered.

Juniper rolled her eyes, “Oh, good lord. Hand it over.” She took the phone and began to scroll, “This is insane. Can I tell him to fuck off?”

Theo laughed a little before shrugging his shoulder at the others question.

Juniper rolled her eyes, “You should have come to me sooner. Hand me your phone.”

Theo watched the other. “Its only been a few days... I swear you are gonna laugh when you see the texts..” he admitted. “And the comments on my instagram..”

“Well then… spill.”

“I had this date a few nights ago, and he was okay... cute enough... but there wasn’t really a strong connection you know... and now he has not left me alone since... like seriously...”

“Well, you go first, my boy gossip is just depressing.”

“I never said that mine was not depressing, but it was certainly... eventful... still is..” he admitted with a sigh as his phone vibrated again.

“Are you asking if I have any gossip or are you telling me you have some?”

“Both?” he offered. He had really been on one of the worse dates ever and that had led him to have the other contacting him relentlessly.

Juniper laughed, “Does this chat include a reason why you’re talking in the third person?” She teased, “But I suppose I can make the time for a bite to eat.”

Theodore laughed a little. “Not really... does have some super juicy gossip regarding a boy though?” he offered.

“I like you and all and you’re cool but if your fork finds its way onto my plate again I will knock you across the room. You had yours now leave mine alone” He pointed his own fork at them and went back to his plate.

Theo watched the male and shrugged a little. “Well it looks so nice.... you can have some of my chocolate cake too if you like..” he teased the other.

Juniper heard footsteps but avoided looking up until she was certain they’d led to her office at the station. She had a stack of paperwork in front of her that she was determined to get through by lunch. “Can I help you?”

Theo had not been around a whole lot lately, mostly just at work or home, so when he headed out, he had no idea where to go. “Well I was just wondering if you had time to get lunch... Theo needs a chat..” he admitted with a smile to the other.
