You think Celine ever gets a bit hurt by how much her fame has decreased? She doesn't want to go out and perform a lot anymore (especially without Miyeong and Thirdlight) and she does completely understand that it's been almost 30 years since the Sunlight Sisters performed. It's natural that people don't recognize her when she goes out and, for the most part, she likes it.
But there is just the tiniest part of her that feels a bit hurt and almost embarrassed when she thinks someone remembers her and they don't or when she gets referred to as a "washed up" idol.
imagine being the leading group in korea + the surrounding area for 10ish(?) years and then complaining about the cons of fame. and then you get to disappear from the public and live your life in peace (as much as one can get when two of your soulmates are dead or disappeared). and THEN you realise, oh, wait. being an idol was actually fulfilling, and i liked the attention, i liked seeing my face on billboards and my name shouted in the crowd and the thrill of it all. i liked my destiny.
and she will never get to experience that again. she will never get to be that young, that popular ever again.
she will never have them by her side again.
