The Environmental Health, Safety and Sustainability Alliance is responsible for checking the safety levels of municipal water in America.
Recently, the ANTEA Group found a county (unnamed) in America* that had levels of PFAS present in the municipal water network. PFAS is an acronym which stands for per- and polyfluoroakyl substances, which are the compounds found in various manufactured durable plastics.
Whilst automatically, the road and railway, petroleum, clothing or fabric manufacturing industries will be attributed the blame, as PFASs are regular by-products of the chemical processes and finished products, this is not why it was present in municipal water.**
Touching on the liability and Corporate Responsibility Laws*** that do not yet exist, we needed to hold both governments and corporations and yes, even NGOs or individuals, who engage in personal DIY projects, responsible for the by-products of chemical processes, as well as for the plastic reverse "osmosis" of reactive plastic compound by-products (governments and outback individuals under government direction****) in a logical, chemically reversing, negating, neutralising way or by making new compounds which are less reactive and harmful - giving them a new motherboard to hook up to and thereby giving those compounds a new molecular structure, form, function and true north*****.
Also, by rendering active ingredients soluble by charging with a new carrier or charging to undergo a chemical process whereby the harmful effects can morph into something useful. That is sustainability at it's core.
In the case of the municipal water, I think we have a compound filament that has either been absorbed into the municipal water and been compounded, as the result of plastic water pipes and storage facilities, which is constantly being layered with a invisible layer of externalised compound dust or filament.
PFAS compound come from plastic and every kind of plastic that we use for food, drinks and produce and their packaging, storage and transportation, secrete chemical compounds which are easily absorbed into porous organic food stuffs, just as the result of proximity. Putting a straw into your Coke can or bottle is ingesting PFASs, basically.
I don't think plastics manufacturers ever knew about this filament as it is the result of our planet's electromagnetic field changing and after ingesting, plastic compounds actually bond to our DNA strand, present in our fat cells, especially when the carrier ( the Coke, which collects the compound on the way through the straw) is something fatty or sugary.
Having said that, I also see plastic piping as the problem.
Because plastics are lightweight, they are convenient. They also cost less per Ton than metals.
Plastics are used for their strength (the first cycle before recycling, which renders plastics less solid each time as the result of the repeated chemical process - shortening the molecular chain each round of recycling, not being able to retain solidity in that particular molecular structure, form or function after 3 recycle rounds. This break into the molecular structure chain might be how the compounds are being released into but ALSO, plastics are constantly sweating compounds.
And are therefore unsafe to get wet or to use for anything coming into contact with any species food stuffs or water, as the result of the Circular Economy or the Circle of Life.
Honestly, plastics need to go. Glass does not sweat and is eternally recyclable, as it is a silicate or silicon based circuit carrier potentential. I don't know the correct terminology.
There are also many bio-plastics that do not sweat anything but bits of plant fibre and that sort of thing. That are also totally bio-degradable and sustainable.
Water is mutable and therefore able to take on a varied molecule chain length, depending on the temperatures and the planetary and solar electro-magnetic fields affecting that particular body of unbroken molecule chains of 1 part hydrogen and 2 parts oxygen oHo. I suppose the purity of any metallurgy items in the surrounds would also affect the molecule chain and whether it forms a compound or not but that's Astro and Quantum Physics and Quantum Based Circuitry; which is not possible to not fuck up by first having digits with no CPu or input/calculation/command/result/negate processing element. Any Quantum actions in this solar system should follow that process, even in reverse or when splitting the process or re-evaluating the values. Or the converting of values.
This would also decide the purity of that particular H2o and whether it is a charged carrier of compounds or not.
The water knows what it's doing. With a U .((pc)). Just follow the PFAS. If it's bonded with the water and compounded, it has a magnetically charged purpose, route and quantum chain of command and a new form and function. Without a U .((pc))., it's a diabolic force of destruction waiting to be harnessed
If there's anything left. Ah! The process! Lastly, negate. A quaRtinary SYStem.
It's safe to assume that, that particular batch of water will change it's consumers and their genome rods will snap off the complex genetic strand, isolate and go look for shit elsewhere. And shit it will find EVERYWHERE. As the result of Wormwood. Or the fallen star. It's not a star or else it would orbit the Earth. And terrorize us for our shit mortar bombs.
We should focus instead on crevasses. Water purity. None. Or it would not be frozen. Unless it was compounded with a superfluid. Hyperfluids like Helium. Very helpful. Much more so than nerve gas. Or whatever.
Almost, similar in quantum voracity in comparison, the PFAS filament off the silicon-based circuit with a missing motherboard; is now bonding with water, which also only circuits according to interplanetary or quantum commands at the moment. Or gravity, at other times, depending on the charge and atomic weight, it can be very different.
For better or worse, the compounded water will change those consumers and the molecule chain. They will most likely stop evolving to absorb water through the skin, like when we display blue-like skin, after which we should even be able to breathe underwater and be without lungs as we will insh' Allah, absorb air, sustainence etc through our skinor by disassembling and reassembling our atoms. Negating the need to drink water except to brush our teeth. But even teeth and their decay will be a thing of the past if we start consuming uncompounded water, i.e. high frequency, low atomic weight water.
The salt in our urine has never undergone a chemical process to seperate the water from the ammonia or uric salts. Which are highly charged. And therefore, dangerous, on a quantum level, as compounds without a CPu or motherboard for further instructions.
So, ancient shit pits and piss holes basically, in shit's case, react and cause massive squirts of mortar, as a result of high pressure gases, high temperatures and because shit and ammonia is highly reactive. And then closed up underground. Brilliant! I suspect the holes on the moon are as a result. Also, "Rome's" scary firey burning shit mortar or lava, bodies and shit mix now known as crude oil. Or boiled, compressed and released after a reactive few processes have happened. I'm guessing the salts don't help.
Next, in the acid piss contest we have Miss Never Goes Away. Charged uric salts that are not soluble. That only piles up. So, due to the magnetic fields at the poles, our uric salts have gathered there, as they are charged when in the body and probably only pick up more charge on the path of destruction. Real pure water does not freeze even at temperatures below -275°c. So, after the magnetic poles have started shifting and the ice or uric salts have undergone -275°c filtration, the ice melts and in place of the salts, we have the purest salt-free water EVER!
We can treat piss now and not cause this build up again. However, it can become a sustainable building material but would affect temperatures on a quantum level.
We also needed to potentially try a Spiralina farm inbetween the loo flush and the -275°c filter because ammonia is one ingredient that Spiralina needs to grow and also a compound Spirulina algae break down.
Shit needs to be dehydrated by the sun or heat, maybe using towers high up in order for the smell to be lost or a panel of glass could work. After dehydration, the sawdust leftovers can be crushed, compressed and sent down the nearest empty mine shaft. A few earthworms wouldn't go amiss either.
This is because wet shit along with ammonia is chemically reactive. And causes real quantum disorder in electro magnetic fields and is too volatile to just leave to it's own devices.
We can't just mess and muck and not clean up using modern science , technology and chemistry knowledge; chemically neutralising whatever is volatile, thereby calming and balancing nature on a quantum level. Meaning, the solar system.
I apologize people. I don't know the jargon or technical terms. I hope my meagre standard 7 certificate and hunger for Africa to be and to have the best is a testament to their love and nurturing of me in my sordid life.

I only ask that Life Straw, the organisation who brought water filtration to at least a million Africans at risk of contracting cholera, by equipping them with a free Life Straw, probably costing about R1000 each. I assume Life Straw has commercialized in order to garner more money for Life Straws in order to supply more freely to needy Africans. I ask that Life Straw get the contract for any water filtration and purification, using abovementioned methods to clean our water of salts and also for them to develop a device to filter wee and poo and get the township port-o-loos jacked up. I ask that finance will be made available for them to progress with us in Africa, as they have always done.

Oh. One last thing: because the poles are rapidly growing smaller, automatically the quantum or atomic weight of everything has been compromised; most especially the heavier ones, like Mercury.
We use Mercury to tell us the temperature. I bet we're at minus temperatures already. We needed a new fixed constant. The poles. I think they're done.
Also, that could be what caused the plastics to sweat. No-ones fault.
