the devil works hard, but disney avoiding casting lin manuel miranda in any animated movie he writes music for is god-tier work. the only good thing the company’s been up to.

went to broadway sing along karaoke(?) with my partner and i told the hostess my favorite musical was Falsettos. tell me why miss ma’am was like “ah yes, you’d like me to play What Would I Do and sing it as a duet with you at the very start of the night” like GIRL IM SOBBING ???

the subplot in Falsettos fully about Marvin trying to get his lesbian bestie hired as the caterer for his kids Barmitzvah and her trying to learn to make Jewish Cuisine and really sucking at it is so funny. and then they end it so beautifully with all her work paying off and it being delicious. fantastic

Wig dressing is so much fun. I wish it paid better but I enjoy blocking my little wigs while actors sit and talk about their lives because they’ve already died in the show so they get to chill now lmaooo
