Rick & Bailey are getting Married!!

I don’t know what to say about these two...there are too many things that I want to say that I don’t even know where to begin! Well, I will start at the beginning... I have known the bride for quite some time, we met when she was in High School while Tim and I worked with her youth group about 10 years ago. I instantly loved her and identified with her and how her life was going, she became a little sister right away:) Ever since then we have watched on the side lines as she has taken the world by storm and prayed for her future husband. There were so many specific traits that we prayed for in this beautiful man that she would some day marry and when we met up with she and Rick for the first time we just knew this WAS HIM!! I am so so so so excited to meet this precious man and we are so beyond thrilled to be capturing these memories for them as they start their adventure as man and wife!! They are genuine and so honest in their love for one another and on SATURDAY they are getting married!!! Woohoo! We are pumped!

We love you both so much! Congratulations!! See you Saturday!!

What a wonderful treat for us to be a part of this sweet couple’s road to marriage! We LOVE getting to take engagements before we shoot a wedding! This is such a special time for a bride and groom and to get to be a part of that journey is so exciting and it gives us time to get to know them and pamper our brides when they get stressed from planning and help celebrate with both the bride and groom! It is even more special when we have had the blessing of knowing them waaaay before their relationship developed into this precious place, and that is the case with these two love birds;) I have personally known the groom since he was really little, I taught him swimming lessons:) and then we got to know them back when they were in middle school/high school when Tim and I worked with their youth group at church. It has been a long time but to get the opportunity to know them again during this special time is so incredibly exciting!! We cannot wait for your wedding day! Thank you for letting us be a part of your lives again!!!

Syd & Josh’s Intimate Engagement Session at Azle Deer Cove

I can't describe to you how incredibly in love these two are:) They have a fascinating love story, meeting while both serving as Marines. This session was only the 4th time they had been physically together! They have been madly in love since the moment they met and in a whirlwind romance are now engaged and getting married just a week after these photos were taken! We just love you guys!!
