I have seen many other dwellers of The City make these.. "blogs" as they are called, so I saw fit to make one myself. You may know me as Therion Valerius-Impecta, The Onyx Spiral Dancer.

Do not be alarmed by my title, I may not be a heroic Fixer or an upstanding employee of some corporation, but I am no barbarian. I promise not to harm any who approach me.. unless necessary of course. Naturally as comes with such a blog, I am expecting and welcoming questions of all kinds, I've been working the Backstreets of U-Corp for a long time, so if anything grabs your curiosity about my little corner of The City, feel free to inquire. I'll also take gifts, within reason of course, I do not need to be labeled as a Taboo-Breaker.

I'll say this as courtesy for any U-Corp dwellers that happen to be on this site, it would appear that Twinhook activity has spiked as of late. Expect muggings and attempted piracy of any boats you bring into port. Also, for anyone who is well studied on Psychoments, is there any known phenomena of feeling that your manifested gear is not yours? It feels stolen to me, I cannot understand why.

An open question for anyone who happens upon this but my curiosity has gotten the better of me today.

How expensive do you suppose it is to produce The Prescripts that the Index follow? I mean sure paper is easy- but the ink they use to write all of that down? I'm no accountant but the last time I tried to buy a cartridge of printer ink it ran me almost 72k Ahn. And that was just for printer ink!

For a single sheet of prescripts I imagine the price is much higher than that. Then factor in the labor costs for writing all of those down.. It hurts to think about how much Ahn is wasted on scraps of paper.

Straight to the point are we? ...fair enough.

I'm not exactly anything so to speak. I don't affiliate myself with any syndicates, but I do work with them occasionally. In specific, I suppose you could just call me a vagrant criminal, drifting around from job to job, boss to boss.

The Hana Association considers me a Star of The City, so that should clue you in on what sort of work I take up.

I do prefer working with The Blade Lineage however, they are the most straight forward, not being tied to one of the Fingers or other agendas. I appreciate their taste for conflict. It surprises me that they even have a presence here in U-Corp's backstreets, but I'm not one to question it.

Might I ask how you got the rank of Star of the City, being a single person? The Hana rarely gives out that rank to individuals, unless they've done something rather drastic, such as massacring the members of a nest or causing great catastrophe, or are simply ridiculously strong, near the levels of a Color Fixer.

Now that is certainly something that confused me as well when the news rolled my way. How could just one man be of the same level that entire syndicates are placed?

I can't tell you the EXACT details since well, I don't have access to whatever file The Hana have on me, but I can wager a guess..

I would blame my psychoments (Which I'm not even sure are mine- that's another bag of questions to dig into later) being able to conjure localized monsoons over an area that I use them in.. which often lead to localized blackouts. The worst one was a district wide power outage for a few days. That mixed with my open attacks on Association Fixers that have tried to come after me, and incidents start to pile up, especially that one Hana fixer, overconfidence did that one in.

Were I fixer, it's safe to assume I would be a color by now.
