As we are all aware, life is crazy right now!! A lot of my interests have changed over the years, including SU! I do plan on finishing this story. Thank you for all the support and interest you all have given!

It’s officially been 5 years since its release (what?!) so I appreciate your patience!

Hey question, are any of the background characters like okay to be drawn by fans? I ask cause well I really REALLY love this lil goldenrod pearl ya did that white scared off.

I just don't know if background characters are all yours or adopts, maybe a fan submission, hence why I'm asking beforehand.

That pink fusion looks familiar? Is she based on anyone?

I wanted her to have design aspects of canon Pink Diamond, such as the gloves and skirt/shorts. Spinel and Pink Pearl are very close to Pink Diamond in The Origin and I wanted that to be visualized. I also wanted her to be more like canon Spinel. Bubblegum Quartz is made up of two, innocent looking gems, but I wanted her to look crazy. Her two toned tights, eyes, sharp fingers, sharp boots, long limbs, torn up clothes, and obviously her teeth. She’s a mess, but a coordinated mess. She also visualizes how Spinel and a Pink Pearl are feeling about this “White Diamond” situation.
