Trevor knows he must look like he’s seen a ghost, because Jamie is trying to hide his worried frown as he looks Trevor up and down, assessing. In Trevor’s defense, he might as well have seen a fucking ghost, considering he woke up in a room that he’s now realizing definitely isn’t his and Jamie is standing in the doorway when he should be in Philly and has no business going to a morning skate in the middle of June. He can’t help the laugh that escapes him. It sounds downright hysterical, and Jamie doesn’t try to hide his concern as the sound grows. “Um.” Jamie watches as Trevor pinches his arm. That’s how you’re supposed to wake yourself up, right? Trevor tries again when it doesn’t work, and a third and final time after that. Jamie blinks at Trevor a few times, like he’s the one trying to wake himself up from some fucked up dream, not the other way around. “Trev–” “What,” Trevor shakes his head, muttering, “the fuck.”

Trevor goes to sleep alone in Anaheim, and wakes up with Jamie in Philly. He takes it as well as you'd expect.
