Jostled by the intermittent stopping and starting of the train, Beat caught a glimpse of an orange clamshell phone escaping from the back pocket of the rider in front of him. He stepped on it with the toe of his shoe to keep it from sliding around on the floor and gave its owner a rough jab.

“Man, you dropped your–” he started, but he cut himself off immediately upon seeing the other passenger’s face. Seriously? Of all the people to be stuck next to?

“Tsk, never even mind. You on your way to go kick some puppies or what?”

Joshua may have adored Shibuya, but he absolutely hated riding the train with so many people jostling him constantly. It is quite hard to keep up a collected image when you’re being bumped into all the time. Due to all the movement, he hardly noticed his phone escaping him until he was jabbed in the side, quite rudely he might add. He turned to find out who in the world would be trying to get his attention, and realized it was none other than Daisukenojo Bito, holding onto his phone with one foot and looking at him disdainfully. Joshua smirked. What a pleasant distraction.

“Why hello there, Daisukenojo. I thought you used your skateboard to travel everywhere.” He tilted his head and giggled at his question.

“Now why would I be doing that? I’m too much of a humanitarian to do something so cruel, dear. Might I have my phone back?”
