My thought today:
The Bible is full of people who documented God’s words and works so others could be strengthened. Moses wrote the Law so Israel would remember the God who carried them. David wrote the Psalms from caves and battlefields so generations could hear the heart of a worshiper who refused to let fear win. Paul wrote letters to the churches so believers would stay rooted in truth, even in hard seasons.
All through Scripture, writing wasn’t a hobby.
It wasn’t a talent. It was obedience. It was stewardship.
It was devotion poured out in the secret place.
That’s why I write.
Not for numbers.
Not for applause.
But because the words He gives me in the secret place are meant to strengthen somebody else in theirs.
Writing is not just a craft. It’s a calling that preserves faith for generations.
