“I think it was an accident but thank you. We’ll just have to see what the future holds. Regardless of what I have been told, Erik hasn’t betrayed me yet-- so, we’ll see.”
“You’re right. Bow ties never fail. –But why talking about the sixties?”
“I am from the sixties. Time travel.”
“I doubt it would be, but it could be worst, I suppose. Yes!!! You’re in a wheel chair. Paralyzed legs.”
“... and how exactly did I become paralyzed was that because of my powers also?”
“Don’t worry, you look good. Bow ties remind me of James Bond, I don’t think you can go wrong with them.”
“I suppose the accent just furthers the James Bond association.”
“Apparently I was born in 1917.”
“Goodness, you’re even further away than I am.”
“Oh, the bow tie is absolutely adorable! It really completes the outfit.”

“Looks great professor, I don’t think bow ties will ever go out of style. Their considered classy.”
“Classy - huh. Well, I do not have a problem with that. How have you been, Hank?”
“I thought we were going to avoid that as much as possible…”
“I didn’t go looking for it. I was told - I was told I lose my hair, I lose my legs and you turn against me. Forgive me for not being in the best of moods.”

“Wow, this just got awkward… It’s a bit more complicated than that. But anyways, how exactly did you get here from the sixties? Did you intentionally travel 50 or so years ahead?”
“Oh my goodness, I’m sorry. I’ve just had that on my mind and it came out a little involuntarily. Ah, yes, I can here with my friend - Erik. We we re recruiting mutants and we came across a mutant who can teleport objects through time and... here we are. So, no, it wasn’t intentional.”
“It’s not so much about what you’re wearing as about how you’re wearing it. Gotta look like you’re rockin’ that bowtie, you get me?”
“-- And how does one rock a bow tie?”
“We can always just— Oh, right… Home. Well, we have two options, Charles. We can either enjoy a night out and try to find a way back tomorrow morning, or we can leave now.”
“I’m sorry, Erik. I’m just really not in the mood at all for this. I’ve learnt far too much about my own future and I’m a little concerned that what I now isn’t the end of what lies ahead.”
“Are you planning on buying any art while you’re here?”
“We’ll have to see. There’s a wall in my bedroom that really does need covering. Yourself?”
“That’s what a plus-one is, isn’t it? You’re not acting like yourself.”
“I just-- I’m perfectly fine, Erik, I just would really like to find a way to go home.”
“I probably shouldn’t say anything else, my bad. Don’t want to spoil anything for you. We’re not friends, I just know of you. You’re pretty damn awesome, that’s all I’m gonna say.”
“I’m sure you can’t ruin much more - I’ve already discovered I go bald and my best friend turns against me. Although, thank you, Sam.”
“So why are you treating your date so coldly?”
“You’re not my date, Erik, don’t be ridiculous and I am not being cold.”
“There’s been like a hundred of them, dude. Oh, damn, Charles Xavier? Man, you’re Professor X! How are you here?”
“Professor X? Oh, right. of course, that’s how people from your time now me. You see, I time traveled. You’re -- friends with me, in my future?”
