Mei pulled out a little handkerchief from her pocket,walked in front of Ciela and started cleaning her nose and cheeks from the blood. “Don’t worry about it.. I will help you."

She stayed still when Mei cleaned her face and closed her eyes “Thank you…" She was really grateful, because she didn’t expect that she would help her even get up.

After she finished what she was doing,Mei smiled softly and the black-haired girl and gave her one warm hug. The Japanese patted Ciela’s head before going back to her bike and continuing to push it.

When Mei was done and hugged her, she hugged back, smiling a bit. Mei got back to pushing her bike and Ciela continued to walk, this time careful not to fall again. It was a bit awkward smile, so she decided to ask something. “So…how old are you?"

"I am 16 years old. And what about you,Ciela?" She asked at black-haired girl after glancing at her. Her smile was still on her face,soft and happy.

—“T-There’s no need to apologize, Miss Mei." Adam was stuttering, like his nervous self, and his eyes kept shooting from one place to another. He stood straight, running his hands through his hair for a moment, and then put his focus on the girl. “I am from here, actually. This is just the forestation near the city." He felt a little weird to meet someone who wasn’t from the area.. but wanted to go to the city. Wait.. could she already know about the city? Is this place.. really connected to the outside world? His excitement spiked, and he quickly moved his face a little closer to hers. “W-Wait—How did you know about this place? Do you know how you got here? H-Have you ever heard of the city before?" His words were quick and slightly jumbled, and after realizing that he was acting out a bit, he stepped back, and a light pink went across his cheeks.

Mei’s question was a good one, but only Adam knew the real answer to it. The city itself wasn’t dangerous.. it was him who was the danger. Scratching through his white hair again, his eyes averted, he laughed nervously. “Ah, n-no, it’s not dangerous. It’s just.." He wasn’t exactly sure how to say what was in his head. “It’s a surprise that someone would want to visit that city, is all.."

"Ahh– Well.." After seeing how excited Adam was getting by his words and movements,Mei felt a bit nervous just like him. It sure was little confusing her. After walking so much,enjoying the Nature and seeing that there is a city near this place,the girl just wanted to visit it. "L-Let's just say I am a tourist,Mister Adam..I do not know about this place.. My interest for the Nature brings me here.. And I saw that I am nearing a city and I was curious about it.." She rubbed her cheek with her finger and chuckled. "When I saw you,I thought you can tell me about it and that's all.. And I was interested in the flower you were drawing.."

"I can see you would not like to visit it. It is all right,Mister Adam. I will not ask why. You have your own reason." Mei gave a soft smile to the other so she can somehow calm down him. It sure was making the boy feel uncomfortable if they continued talking about that city. "If you do not wish to go there,maybe I can invite to my village.."

Having her usual walk around the Nature,Mei was singing quietly one random song. She had on mind to visit the nearest city too. After enjoying the atmosphere,the Japanese saw a person who was drawing. Mei didn’t know him, but was interested to know him. She wanted to ask the unknown man something too.

"Excuse me.. I am sorry for ruining your work..But may I ask is this the road for the near city?"

—Hearing the voice of a woman, Adam quickly looked up. “Oh, I—" Placing his materials down, and standing to greet the woman, the albino bowed to her. “My name is Adam Miss." He then stood straight. “No, no, you didn’t ruin anything." The woman’s question was.. wait.. why would she want to know the road to the next city? The only other city around is.. “A-Are you planning on going to ‘The City of the Hidden Sun’?" It was weird to ask her that, but his curiosity wouldn’t let him forget it and let her go by.

Mei suddenly bowed down and looked around,feeling little nervous because she was new here. The only thing she wanted to do is to have a walk but her curiousity wanted her to visit other places too. "I apologize! My name is Mei,Mister Adam. I saw you drawing these flowers and.. I thought you were from here. I wanted to ask which is the road for the nearest city because..Wel,I wanted to visit it.." Mei chuckled a bit. When she heard his last words,the Japanese tilted her head. "Is this city dangerous..?"

—Sitting just inside of the forestation near his city, Adam was busy drawing some flowers he saw. Completely keeping everything out of his attention span, he didn’t realize the visitors that came his way, and kept with his art.

Mei was shocked when she saw her friend on the ground. She left her bike down and tried to help her by pulling her up. “A-Ahh.. Ciela-chan. Are you okay? If you need help.. I can carry you.."

“Ah.. You are traveling. That’s wonderful.” Mei giggled lightly,after it she stood up. Looking at her bike,she set it up and glanced at Ciela. “May we go home first so I can leave my bike there? The place we will go is near..”

She stood up too, looking at her, as she set her bike. “Okay then…We aren’t in a hurry, so there is no problem.” Mei seemed nice for Ciela. She was very kind and the black-haired girl kinda liked that side of her new…friend she could call her.

You have a nice name too,Miss Ciela.” Mei smiled at the girl when her glance went back to her. After some time,the Japanese looked up at the sky and nodded. “Yes,this is my home. I am glad you like it.. If I do not stop you from some work,I may show you the most beautiful place for me in this village.”

She sighed and sat down on the grass,bowing her head a bit. 

“Thank godness..Ah,Nice to meet you,Miss! My name is Kobayashi Mei. I live in this village.” Mei looked up at the girl and smiled.  “May I know your name?”

Ciela sat down next to her, since she didn’t have some serious work to do. Looking at Mei, she listened her talking, but didn’t have the intention to smile.  “You have nice name…Mine is Ciela Midnight, nice to meet you too.” She looked in front of her and sighed. “So you live in this village,eh? Its a nice place…”

Her cheeks got little red because of the compliment. She bowed her head and replied with a soft voice. "Thank you.. You have a nice name too,Miss Ciela." Mei was having one of those nice and lovely free times alone. She was enjoying the cold breeze coming from the forests near the road. The feeling to be free and happy was possessing her. It didn’t look like the girl was that happy. Because of her calmness. But her sweet smile was showing how much she was enjoying this.

While riding her bike on the streets of her village,Mei didn’t saw the black-haired girl on her way. She gasped at her and tried to warn her as soon as possible. “Ah— Look out,Miss!” But the warn wasn’t heard.  The Japanese hurt how her bike fell down. She tried to catch the other girl so she can’t get hurt. Suddenly,both of them were already on the grass after rolling down.  “いたい(Ouch)..Ah! I deeply apologize,Miss! Are you okay? Did you get hurt?” Mei fastly tried to get up and to help the black-haired one to stand up.

Ciela was walking down the road, listening music. She was heading to the nearest forest, for some rest, but because of the loud music in her ears, she was not aware that something might happen. And it did.  Before she even understood, she was laying on the ground and it seemed like she hit her head.Sigh. Rubbing the sore place, she saw that a girl was approaching her, apologizing, and…calling her miss? That was strange. 

“Um..I’m okay, don’t worry. No need for apologizes..” She said, getting up with the help of the other girl.
