There's a pretty older lady, in her 40s, that is on my delivery route every week. She's recently divorced and every time I go to deliver her water and install it for her, she's in a robe and wearing nothing else. i hate the person i've become. i feel so shameful and disgusting constantly. i lash out at the people i love and everything just makes me mad. i feel like im such an unlikable person, and i hate men but im scared that no one will ever love me. i just feel very disoriented.

I understand that feeling. Like you said you're disoriented, lost in your own life. But I can tell you that you can stop it step by step :> You can always change yourself for the better, to love yourself again. Okay it's bad, it's very bad. Like I know it's fun it's "cool", but it can be VERY bad. You're for sure young, you can be very easily manipulated by him. He can tell you he won't do anything, but it can not be honest words. He knows you can't tell your parents about it or any adult you know so you're the easiest target here. No one's gonna know with whom you were. Even if he's not gonna do anything - he probably will, because he's trying to win your trust. You can tell him no now, you can cancel this, you can dissapear from his life, show him that you can be young, but not that easy to manipulate. In your life you'll meet someone, even older like that when you're over 18 or more, but not a ped0 like him. Please, trust me.

I would rather not tell you any safety tips, because I really hope you'll cancel the meeting, but I think I have to. Firstly - tell about this someone you know, even any friend. I'm propably in another country than you so I don't know if I could send police or anything so please, tell about this anyone and set some kind of sign (a message or mini call) so then they could call the services or tell the friend to go after you, stalk you while you being on the meeting. Secondly, do you have any tips on how to avoid getting back into these spaces. When my mental health gets worse I get the urge to go back and I know its so bad but it's almost addictive the attention I got aswell as the degradation when i felt like i deserved it.

Don’t you feel infantilised by people telling you that your feelings and decisions you made as a younger person weren’t valid just because you were young? Don’t you feel like you’re reinforcing the idea that younger people don’t have agency and aren’t capable of making decisions for themselves?
