IM SO PROUD Atlus confirms that Kitaro looks different in every game… So design of Reload is definitely in purpose… can we have more Kitaro as brothers lore please 👊👊😭😭

Yamaguchi: The protagonist gives a different impression in P3, P3P, and P3D.

In P3 he feels more boyish, in P3P more like a young man, and in P3D an additional softness is added on top of that (see Fig. 2).

Because each title has a different creative direction, we first discussed “Which direction should we take this time?” before starting the design process.

From the perspective of the 3D model, I think the protagonist is the character we put the most effort into among the main cast.

He is originally designed to be rather androgynous, and if handled poorly, he can end up leaning too much toward a feminine look.

So while maintaining that neutral quality, we also wanted to preserve a masculine, sharp, and solid impression, and we continually fine-tuned these subtle balances and nuances.

It actually doesn't particularly bother me that Artemy doesn't appear at all in the new demo. In Pathologic Classic, you hardly hear anything about him on the first day, and you don't actually meet him until... what, day 4? 5? Given what Artemy's first few days in town look like, I'd find it more unrealistic if he was just idly hanging around waiting for conversation. He's mentioned at least, and it's not as though he's gonna be omitted from the game. I've got my issues with the demo, but it doesn't bother me that ipl are holding their cards close to their chest when it comes to fan-favourite characters
