I hope people find the freeing experience of not giving a damn shit about whatever the fuck actors or such have to say man. Warm Up To Me
As I said, I've been experimenting with light.
Also as I've said before many times, I'm constantly struggling with mental health, but as of the past few months or years at this point, things have felt harder to push past. If you haven't been paying attention, the world is a cluster fuck of nightmares as of late - that, paired with personal losses and grief have made me long more for some quiet, peaceful joy. Which always means I start to think about what makes me happy, and what matters most in this world to us as people. Cheesily, it's each other. The quiet mornings spent with those you love, whether it be your partners, or your pets, or your siblings, or friends, those are what matters most.
For so long, Dean and Cas were a stand in for my own self worth, and my own journey of attempting to figure shit out and find myself. I don't know if I ever would have realised any of that stuff - queerness, gender identity - without these two wonderful characters from a terrible show. So all that is to say I drew something warm and soft, inspired by one of my fave ever songs 'Charlie' by Mallrat.

Okay so in line with figuring out what kind of digital art I want to make, I've been experimenting a bit more with light and all that shit. You'll see it with the next artwork too. I'm not the best at colour theory and all that but I'm working it out slowly... maybe.
Anyway, I drew this based off a drawing reference pose thing that I can't remember where I found it now, but yeah, it's another SpideyTorch fanart cause I can do whatever the fuck I want, alright?
The title is a song of the same name, off of the album Cruel World by Holly Humberstone - an artist I've enjoyed for quite a few years now, but her new album just came out and I've got some of the songs on repeat. Blue Dream is one of those.

Ever think about how the first time Dean's prayers were actually answered it was Cas and even though he couldn't do exactly what Dean asked by intervening with Lilith directly, he did break protocol and tell Dean how to force heaven to intervene, putting himself at risk to give Dean an answer, it's important that Cas offered Dean tangible help in that situation when he asked for it, because that's why he becomes so important to Dean's hope and faith as their relationship develops, that's why Dean forgives him when shit goes wrong because when Dean reaches out, Cas does his best to reach back, even when he gets it wrong
