Can I ask what you mean with that Finn/ASMR post? Does that mean Finn enjoys ASMR stuff and it like, helps keep him calm, or does he use it to others to calm them down? He seemed to be doing both in what you provided. I like the idea though, whatever it is.

Well, as someone who experiences it myself I noticed that Finn seems to naturally employ a lot of the same triggers that are a universal experience in the ASMR community - being in (or describing) a library, whispering, getting a haircut (which is especially pointed out that Jake uses roleplay to calm him down, and many people with asmr watch videos for the same reason), and giving someone personal touch and attention.

The fact that he does the ‘squoze’ thing to Fern because he knows it will relax him is something I find a lot of sensitive people relate to as well, having weight distributed over the body for comfort.

So yeah I think it could be both. He might use it on other people because it works well on him.
