Tracy to Jackson
Tracy: Hey Jackson, how are you?
"I did at first." He smiled at him as he came back with his own mug of tea. "I would love to go to Asia, visit all of those countries. There are so many countries out there."
"And now?" Tracy chuckled, wondering if he was still a picky eater. "There are. I would like to travel too...see how big the world is." He told him.
"In pasta for example." Parrish said as he went back to prepare his own tea. "Actually...that's my plan after I retire. I would like to travel all over the world."
"Don't tell me you mince the veggies and put it on the sauce, right?" Tracy didn't laugh because he thought it was funny. He did because he found it extremely adorable. "Hm? Where would you like to go?" He asked.
"She taught me how to use vegetables in a way that they could be yummy and still be healthy, like eggplant, for example." He loved eggplants. He really did. Parrish then laughed as he passed him the mug. "I would be working if I were, but thank you for complimenting my home."
"Oh? Like how?" He asked him with curiosity. He knew veggies were not an American thing. "You would have retired and then take me all over the world?" He chuckled.
"From my grandfather, actually, but my mom did teach me a few things." The deputy said as he prepped Tracy's tea. "This was my grandfather's home. He left it to me in his will." Parrished informed Tracy.
"What did she teach you?" Tracy asked as he messed with his wet hair. He needed a haircut. "Oh...and here I though you were ritch." Tracy chuckled.
If Tracy thought he would finally get Parrish to blush, he thought wrong. Close call, though. "I won't, but thank you for the warning," Parrish said. "Mom always found ways to inject health into our meals. I have always loved tea. She was the one who taught me."
Tracy laughed. Now he knew that he could do that, though would he b able to without blushing himself. "Good to know. So you learned how to cook from her?"
Parrish finally turned to face him, and the smile he had on was immediate. Tracy looked so hot. He had seen him naked before, but that was before he got into shape. Tracy really got into shape. His arms...his legs... "Oh? I like honey on mine too. I used to do milk before, but lost the joy in it."
Tracy didn't understand the pause until he realized that Parrish was checking him out. It made him blush, but it also made him smile. "Don't spill the tea now." He said as a tease. "I have never liked milk on it."
Parrish looked towards Tracy's direction as he focused on the tea. "And so did you. Perhaps we can help each other in that way, too, right?" He asked and opened a drawer. "You like honey on your tea?"
Tracy was wearing Sleeveless shirt and some gym shorts. He didn't want to burn hot again like last time with Parrish, so he resisted the sweatpants look. That of course meant he was displaying a lot of arms and a lot of legs. "Yeah, I like honey. What about you? How do you take your tea?"
"I do." He said as he turned the stove on. "I don't want my other self to take over while I sleep. I don't even know when he takes over. I just want to be awake, but I need sleep to function."
That made sense. Sometimes that worried him even though he had transition from kanima to hybrid. However, nobody knew if he could still form another bond. It worried him. "You slept like a baby when we cuddled." Tracy reminded him when he came back.
"Ok, let me keep it warm for you." The deputy said as he went back to the kitchen to do just that. "I like drinking tea before going to bed. It helps me relax and...sleep." He said, knowing the other could hear him, of course.
"Do you have trouble sleeping?" Tracy asked him as he got dressed. He liked being able to hear everything he was saying. "As you know, I always have."
"Oh." Parrish liked that idea a lot, and you could tell by the smile on his face. "I made tea by the way. You can home some while I shower." He suggested.
Tracy closed the door and started to dry his hair. Thank god he didn't brush his tea because tea sounded wonderful right now. "I like the sound of that."
"I am not! Look." He said and showed him his face with his hand. "Does that mean, though, that you want me to look at how you look almost naked?"
Now at that he blushed...he did want Parrish to see him again. He had worked out more ever since they met. He was far more fit now. "Maybe later."
Parrish chuckled as he walked towards the living room to find all the items he asked for. He knocked on the door when he came back and put one hand over his eyes. "I'm not looking!"
Tracy laughed as he opened the door and grabbed the items. "Please, don't pretend that you are not looking through your hand." Tracy told him.
Parrish was in the hallway putting things in the closet when Tracy called him. "Yes, I am. Do you need anything?" Parrish asked as he stood close to the door. "Was the shower ok?"
"Yeah. I think I left my toothbrush on my bag. Can you bring it for me?" He asked as he wrapped the towel around him. He should had brought the clothes with him too. "You can bring my clothes too!"
