On a mission

Change is always a bit scary; however, it is also exciting and filled with possibilities.

As my new business, The Recruiting Office, takes off and launches, I find myself with an overwhelming desire to fix all that I observed being broken in my years as a Recruitment/HR professional.

What was most frustrating to the lines of business I supported was turnover/retention. How do we control this and ensure the business can meet their bottom line if they do not have the right people OR enough people?

My mission with The Recruiting Office is to get the right candidates to the right positions.
