I have only been in a class with Alessandra once. From what I can tell she is a very talented agent. Her skill set is very similar to Natasha’s.
I am not sure why you ask if I like her more than the Recruit, however. Again, I have only met her once.

When I have some time to actually write out what I have planned. So right now I guess we’re stuck at ‘Whispers’ series and the Avengers have just gone in the ‘rescue’ her. Tentatively rescue her? >:3
Things are pretty insanely busy in my life at the moment and my focus is to just write anything that comes to mind in a spare moment so I stay in practice I’m really sorry if it takes awhile before the Recruit!Reader series is updated. bows* I’m incredibly sorry! I know it’s so, so frustrating when you’re waiting for updates on a fic and stuff! I’ve never been on this side (author’s side) of this before and I just feel like I’m letting you guys down. ;w;

Have you truly forgiven Tony for what happened
It is incredibly hard for my brother and I to just move past those feelings and memories. It’s true that we no longer blame him as much, but there is still a great deal for us to come to terms with.
Perhaps, given more time, we may be able to feel more comfortable with the situation.
I believe someone has asked me the same question, sister and we share the same sentiment.
I don’t think I can ever forgive him, but it isn’t as if I hate him. Still, I don’t particularly like dealing with Stark, even if I can see how hard he is trying to make amends.

What's it like living with the Avengers
It can be problematic. There are lots of clashing personalities and strong differing opinions.
Also I like to antagonise people by snatching their snacks. Its very fun.

She is a good woman- fantastic, even. Amazing. Incredibly strong and very capable, crafty and intelligent.
I’m not sure if we’re friends, but my sister and I couldn’t ask for a better mentor. Natasha looks after us and has taught us a lot. If there were anything that Wanda or I could do for her in return, we would oblige in a heart beat.
If the avengers didnt work out you could always become a stripper and be paid big bucks
