New Orleans. Oh New Orleans. You my friend are a different animal. Terrifying, scary, and yet friendly (if that makes sense). We went to Bourbon Street for dinner, it was delish. The beautiful woman in the picture is Stacy. She's a doll! I have to take pictures for my photography class and this kind soul “modeled” for me. She's amazing and kind and such a sweetheart. Its been fun but I'm ready to go home.
Day 2 was something else. We drove through 3 states (Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas), got caught in a hale storm, and got pulled over for speeding in Texas. The cop that pulled us over was super nice and only gave us a warning. Love you officer Wright, you're the epitome of southern hospitality. Would of been better if you didn't pull of over at all but you can't win every battle! Currently on route to Dallas to go to a Rangers game. Five and a half hours to go!
No better place to start this “Rhode Trip” than... Central City Colorado. Brendan is working, Dad is sleeping, and I’m here trying to stay connected to my people back home. I made my first friend today in CC (picture 2), I named him Moose. He’s got quite the personality.
