Rant I made about interpreting Forenzik's Schizophrenia -
I find it funny that, even though Forenzik's Schizophrenia is obviously so poorly represented, it somehow becomes good in how bad it is.
It is endearing that without the purpose to, Forenzik is one of the few Schizophreniac characters I've seen the depiction of negative symptoms of the disorder. This also occurs that these traits I associate to the negative Schizophrenia are more present than Forenzik's positive symptoms; His hallucinations, delusions, or disorganized behaviour (which this one is the most present of all positive symptoms in Forenzik), thing which is exceedingly rare to be represented in fictional Schizophrenia as I've seen.
Even though there aren't as many expressions of how Forenzik tones his words, I like to believe that one of the reasons people find him unnerving is because he suffers from flat effect, and the general persistent emotional detachment that comes along the onset of Schizophrenia. <- However, on this line, an aspect of flat effect/poor verbal affection he does present is alogia, or the poverty of speech. The inability to properly form speech in a manner in which one speaks monosyllabic, with short responses and prolonged pauses (This is a speech issue quite present across the entire Creepypasta so it very likely isn't intentional but IDGAF.)(I also like to think that his repeated usage of "natural" is due to his inability to properly put things into words and not repeat himself over an over. He just finds a word that kind of explains his feelings and won't stop using it). I like to think he's overarchingly expressive of "happiness", in his personal expression and art, because it's simply that difficult for him to process his emotions; You could say he's fixated on the idea of emotions, or having lost comfort and expression in his life.
Of course, the most obvious negative symptoms of Schizophrenia he presents is asociality, isolation, specially the one caused by strange perceptions on others. I like to think that one of his major delusions are with the involvement that he, as a child, due to his familiar structure and onset of Schizophreniac traits, never properly understood people or their reactions, specifically emotional and social reactions (with this ideas such as nobody else having the conscious abilities that he does, that everybody means ill to him, or that maybe he's the one that's hollow. <- On the latter, I also headcanon Forenzik to suffer from Cotard's Delusion and Delusional parasitosis but that's for another day). This could actually be used to attempt to explain some of the obvious de-personification seen in his character, his interest in hiding himself and his identity, Happy Appy (or in this interpretation, Forenzik's fixation on his social loss) being one of the few if not the only pivot to his identity. (You could also use this for an interpretation of his DID... Or his loss of stable identity due to it. It's amazing. I like the idea of him having DID if it could be rewritten.).
Of course, you also have anhedonia (the lack of pleasure) and avolition (the inability to do tasks), which obviously could be interpreted to Forenzik's lack of hygiene and/or care for his living situation, to feed himself. But I would like to think more about what other things could be interpreted.
I believe he has Schizophrenia with primary negative symptoms (in which the negative symptoms described are persistent and typically consistent, present as a development of Schizophrenia) opposing to having secondary negative symptoms (when negative symptoms become relevant in the remission of positive symptoms, as a result of co-morbid conditions, or medications, being rarely present compared to positive symptoms).
