DIY Coffee Scrub Get Rid of Cellulite

How to get rid of cellulite? Many ladies’ out there facing this problem, even skinny models having cellulite skin. There are countless aspects why it appears on your skin and its not easy to remove. And here is the easy recipe: - 1 cup of coffee grounds - 6 tbsp. Shea Butter (coconut oil is good too) - 3 tbsp. Sea salt or sugar (optional) - 5-10 drops of Orange or Grapefruit Essential Oil (for extra help) - Empty container (glass or plastic)

Each skin type has its own features.

Dry skin has small pores and matte (dull) color, characterized by low fat. The skin is sensitive and delicate, easy to peel and shows irritation. A wrinkle appears promptly on this skin type, especially around the eyes, as skin loses its elasticity. The advantage of this type of skin - rare pimples and blackheads.

Sensitive skin is a result of stress experienced on the face, easily appear of red spots, blackheads and pimples. This skin is prone to allergies from exposure to sunlight, and cosmetics.

Normal skin, usually looks healthy. Moisture and fat in it is balanced. Irritation appears not often. With proper care for this type of skin wrinkles do not appear for a long time.

Combination skin looks healthy too, with a smooth structure and greasy areas, large pores in the T-zone, which runs across the forehead, nose and chin. Possible areas of dryness on the cheeks, around the eyes and on the temples. With proper care wrinkles do not appear for long.

Oily skin type is characterized by increased secretion of the sebaceous glands. It has a distinctive shine and highly visible large pores. Dust and dirt literally stick to it. Dry skin?

Clean your face and neck as you normally do, but do not apply the cream. After 2 hours, press sheets of tissue paper to the nose, forehead, chin and cheeks, and answer the following questions.

- Is there a noticeable pores on the skin?

- I think my skin matte, even a little rough?

- The color of your skin rather reddish-pink?

- If you are over 25, there you have the first eye wrinkles ("crow's feet")?

- If your skin reacts to the cold, sun or wind with redness and irritation?

- Your skin have acne?

- Are you familiar with the feeling of tightness after washing?

If all the questions you answered yes - you have a dry skin type. With four or five "yes" you probably combined (mixed) skin type.

Combination skin?

Clean your face and neck as you normally do, but do not apply the cream. After 2 hours, press sheets of tissue paper to the nose, forehead, chin and cheeks, and answer the following questions.

- Do the sheets attached to the nose, forehead and chin (T-zone), distinct traces of fat?

- Looks that skin on the cheeks and temples relatively smooth and finely?

- Does it seems I have large pores and blackheads?

- Nose shines in an hour after cleaning?

- Feel the skin is sensitive in general?

- In the winter, if your skin is prone to the forehead and cheeks to irritations and rough?

- Do you feel that your skin at summer fatter than in other seasons?

If you have found at least four "yes", then you have combined skin type.

Oily skin?

Clean your face and neck as you normally do, but do not apply the cream. After one hour, press a sheet of tissue paper to the forehead, nose, chin and cheeks, and answer the following questions.

- Is there are traces of fat?

- So you have fat cheek prints, as well as prints from the middle part of the face?

- Is there a clearly marked acne on the skin?

- There acne on cheeks?

- Does it seem lackluster complexion?

- Skin looks porous and loose?

- Whether there are blackheads on the cheeks?

- The sensitivity of the skin a variety of red and irritated?

If all the questions you answered yes, then your skin can be attributed to oily type. If he scores, only four or five "yes", then test yourself on a "mixed type."

Sensitive skin?

Answering the questions, you will know if your skin is sensitive.

Cambrian Blue Clay

Blue clay the rarest and most ancient of all clays with deposits beginning in the early Paleozoic period of our history, about 542 million years ago.  Cambrian Blue Clay is imported from the salt lakes of Siberia.   There is only one company out of Russia that exports to anywhere else in the world. The Cambrian blue clay color comes from iron, zinc and algae and for all above-mentioned reasons is considered the most valuable clay in the world. It is prized for its anti-aging and anti-wrinkle and blemish fighting properties.  It has an incredible ability to tighten and strengthen skin elasticity and tensile strength. This has been considered one of the most "aggressive" clays.  Meaning it pulls the greatest amounts of toxins from pores and hair follicles.  Yet it is gentle enough to use on most all skin types. 

French Green Clay

French green clay comes from large deposits in France.   Green Clay has a cornucopia of valuable elements, including montmorillonite, nine different and important mineral oxides, magnesium, calcium, potassium, dolomite, silica, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, copper and selenium.  The beautiful green color owes its nature to two very important factors. One is iron oxides and the second is decomposed plant material. Due to the decomposed plant material this clay should always be very green to green, never a dull gray. Unlike other clays were the key ingredients work in symbiosis with one another, many elements within the French Green Clay work on their own accord. You will need:

1 Beetroot, 3-4 garlic, salt (optional), Sour cream or mayonnaise, walnut (optional).

Cook the beet-root until it gets soft, peel of the skin, and shred it. Crush some garlic and add to the shredded beet-root, add salt and walnut if you want, dressing with sour cream or mayonnaise ;) and it is ready, enjoy it!
