Ed is so tickled by the fact that Oswald loves him. He has some sick desire to mock Oswald for it, it truly thrills him. This side of him is so dark. But he is absolutely loving torturing Oswald, I don't think torturing anyone else would be nearly as satisfying. He's getting off on this.

For them to even make up is a stretch. They make 0 sense. Ed yells at Oswald for things Ed is currently doing. Which he should find attractive, because he’s so in love with himself. Oswald even when in love puts himself first… okay well Oswald did learn his lesson. Oswald is redeemable in that aspect. So Ed is really the problem now. Until he can figure shit out he’s just going to keep contradicting himself. Even if Ed does that Oswald won’t welcome him with open arms. It’ll take a lot of time and favors. The thing about Ed and Oswald is no matter what they do, they’ll always be together in some way.

Look at this way. Love will always control them and they’ll always be together. They need each other; it’s only a matter of time.

So yes. There’s always hope.
