Instant Health potions leave scars, Regen potions don't
Creepers, Endermans and Wardens can purr, but only do when players aren't around. Red has heard them all purr bc of Monster School (all the other Mobs have accepted him in the end, especially after he was one of the people who saved Minecraft)
Creepers feel like moss to the touch
Piglins have an amazing memory since a young age. If you hurt them in any way, they will remember. Same if you help them (like in Blue's case)
Strength potions can leave you feeling dizzy when they wear off. The longer their duration, the higher the chance to feel dizzy in the end
The obsidian pillars in the end are weirdly warm to the touch. That's because of the crystals on top of them. When the crystals are broken, the obsidian immediately cools off
Some Endermans are scaly, others have very short fur, while others only have skin. That depends if the endermen is born in the End (the scaly ones), the Overworld (fur) or the Nether (skin), but it doesn't really change anything else, it's mostly aesthetic. The Enderman in Monster School is of the Overworld variant

Different potions give different side-effects if overused
Strength, ironically, makes you feel weaker when it wears off as the body gets used to it. It also makes you cramp more easily.
Swiftness gives you vertigo and you get sore
It takes you longer to heal from even normal bruises after you drink too many Regeneration potions, as your body gets less used to its normal healing speed
You get really sensible to light after one too many Night Vision potions
Both Leaping and Slow Falling make you lightheaded more easily, and you tend to forget that you aren't using them. Your legs also get more brittle and weak.
Not only Healing can be dangerous (it heals things as they are, meaning that, for example, a bone can be healed wrong), but it also makes you feel weak and can give chronic pain.
Fire Resistance gives you numbness to high temperatures, so you don't really realise if you're burning.
For some reason, Invisibility can cause fainting spells. It also causes temporary blindness.
Water Breathing causes you to easily dehydrate, and it also causes coughing fits.
You get really disoriented with Slowness potions.
Turtle Master can make you disoriented, and it has been known to cause fevers.
Poison leaves you sickly for a very long time (it ranges between a week and two months, depending on how strong the potion was)
You get prone to vomiting and get sick with the potion of Oozing.
Infestation makes you paranoid and hallucinate.
Harming makes your skin more fragile, making cuts an easy thing to get.
Weakness causes you fainting spells, brittle bones, muscles that easily tear, and your pain response is heightened.
It can get hard to breathe with Wind Charge potions, and you suffer from fainting spells from lack of oxygen.
Weaving causes you to be itchy and gross, and insects are drawn to you.
Mah boi Blue must be knowing all of that and ignoring it anyway.
