I clench my teeth when I am stressed or extremely focused (driving, drawing, reading etc). I never realize that I am doing it while I am actually in the act of clenching my teeth, but a few hours later I get the worst headaches ever and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried mouth guards and biting my tongue, but nothing really helps. The tension in my jaw is becoming unbearable.
