Lunch break doodle of our ✨ pretty princess ✨ Zanka.
It's funny, I'm learning very quickly that as I draw Zanka, if I go JUST SLIGHTLY off his character base that his face can go from pouty teenage girly boy to stressed old woman VERY QUICKLY. Like give him too much eye lash or bottom lip or the slightest contour in his cheeks, he will look that a 45 year old woman. But I'm sure that's just my problem. 😂😂😂😂
Art by Aquirax Uno, 1970s
Takabatake Kasho
The rest are here.
I bought this print for 500yen in Tokyo. It's one of my favorite pieces of art in my collection.
An old Cora and Law comic I did. Law did so well expressing his feelings. ❤️🔥
Wouldn't it be cute if when Rudo grew up he took on some characteristics of his new family. Tattoos like Enjin. Tassel earrings/motifs like Zanka. Red hair tips like Riyo (they would match his eyes too).
I've finally decided what my next ita bag will be. Alucard from Hellsing. But there is literally NOTHING from this series since it's so old. So any Hellsing artists selling pins, buttons, straps. Etc. Drop your merch shop links for me. I'm ready to spend dough. 👀👀👀
And here it is! My sister bought me the bag for my birthday!! Aahh! I love it so much!! It feels good to have another ita bag!
For the past month, I have been taking a casual once-a-week two hour session in person drawing/watercolor class. It may not seem like a lot but I have learned so much just from drawing still-lifes, drawing and painting things out of my comfort zone, getting feedback from my instructor, and just creating alongside other people.
We all had different artistic skill levels, but they all complimented my drawing skills which I don't think are good, but they were amazed, and I really enjoyed seeing everyone's work as well. We would all draw the same things, but they would all turn out so different because of everyone's unique style. It was cool!
My works don't tend to get any traction on my social media pages, so having real people compliment and be inspired by my skills have really been a boost to my confidence.
So, to any of the novice, beginner, hobby artists that are struggling with your art skills and need a little external validation to help you continue (btw, there is nothing wrong with wanting SOME external validation for your craft. You're a human, you kinda need a little of it to survive), please get offline and try to find some local artists to create with. It will really help!
Yay work drawings. I'm gonna figure out how to draw this man. I WILL.
Honestly, I don't see enough black catboy femboys and there should be more.
My second home. [Me, Watercolor, 2026]
Playing around with my watercolors and I feel like I'm COMPELLED to give Alucard blue tips in his hair, but I love his inky shadowy all black mass of hair. But I'm COMPELLED...
some one-off manga panel redraws so i didnt really panel them lol
you don't need to write a dark deconstruction of Peter Pan where he's willing to kill people and his state of eternal childhood makes him morally ambiguous, JM Barrie already wrote one and it's called Peter Pan
I also recommend The Child Thief by Gerald Brom.
