Huhu, it's been a while since I lastly annoyed you with random Isekai related questions xD
Feel free to ignore, but here it comes;
Imagine you wake up as a Serpentine in Ninjago - what kind of Serpentine would you be? Let's say it's for one day to a week before the Tomb get's open by Lloyd or Pythor, dependents on which Tribe it is — how would you handle it? You have the power of said Serpentine Tribe and the other snakes wouldn't be confused seeing you. From their perspective you were there in the tomb the whole time, they don't question you, but you technically have no one you know there. What's your game plan to handle it...including the body horror of being a snake. Kinda reminds me of Digital Circus.
...that's gotta be my most random ask yet
Ooh I love when you sent these, they are so fun!
Yeah, I think suddenly being a humanoid snake would really freak me out. Having scales, being cold-blooded, the fangs and slitted tongue and talons... they are all very cool for Serpentine, but it would take a lot of getting used to. I'd probably be stabbing myself/ biting myself on accident all the time, and I would really struggle to regulate my body temperature (ugh, I HATE being cold already, I can't imagine trying to stay warm as a snake ToT)v.
I think I would want to be a Venomari the most. Out of all the Serpentine abilities, it feels the least combative (I don't have to get close enough to either crush or bite someone, which is a win) and I wouldn't have to consciously control another person, which I think would stress me out. Basically, I want my personal space, I don't want to physically or mentally manipulate anyone, and hopefully I can get a funny story out of it if I ever do use my venom. Turning invisible would be cool... but if I became an Anacondrai I would've been canabalized, and that would be most unfortunate.
Of course, living in the Toxic Bogs would majorly suck, but it wouldn't be too much of a problem once Pythor releases everyone.
I'd put up with it as much as I can until we are released. I'd probably spend most of my time in the tomb learning from the other Serpentine. Just because I look like one doesn't mean I understand their history and culture. I'd want to pick up as much of it as possible, so that when I finally escape, hopefully I can use it to help the ninja as much as possible, because releasing the Great Devourer is bad for everyone. I can convince the humans that Serpentine aren't evil, those stories spread because of the war, and we were wrongfully punished at the end of it. Since I'd only been locked up for a day, I wouldn't have the understandable bitterness the rest of the Serpentine feel toward the humans, so hopefully I could help mediate?
Once the tomb is open, I should probably try to find a way to communicate with the ninja first thing. But knowing that Lloyd will soon be kidnapped, I would probably decide to lay low as much as possible. Then I'd try to help him- either escape from Pythor, or, if that's not possible, at least feed him and try to encourage him. Maybe I'd write letters to the ninja, explaining Pythor's plans- if the mail man is delivering mail to the Constrictai's tomb, then he could probably stop by the city of Ouroboris to take my letters? That man is unstoppable XD
Once the Devourer has been killed (or, hopefully, prevented from even coming back) I could hopefully become friends with Acidicus and listen to his awesome storytelling and get to visit his library. That would be amazing.
