Unfortunately I desperately do want to play the Doctor Who TTRPG and I don't want my lovely, supportive IRL friends to be subject to it.

Time Lords would go crazy if you introduced them to it/its pronouns. Like holy complexes, batman, would they get weird about it fast.

i sometimes see people suggest that the doctor speaks gallifreyan and the tardis translates it, but i tend to think that tardises don't translate gallifreyan. the time lords wouldn't want alien lowlifes sullying their precious language, you know. and also even if he was speaking gallifreyan at first, i think his years trapped with unit probably got him into the habit of speaking english. or at least not gallifreyan. i don't know, maybe he was speaking hungarian the entire show. he probably switches up languages to keep things interesting. but one thing he's definitely not speaking most of the time is gallifreyan.

The EDAS: what if the Doctor was a prisoner of his own body. what if the Doctor was helpless to the whims of people who view him as an object. what if the Doctor was tethered to a worldly physical form that is disturbingly easy to hurt. what if the Doctor was Frankensteins monster. what if the Doctor was Laika the dog. what if the Doctor was Schroedingers cat. what if the Doctor was for sale. what if the Doctor could attract and manipulate people because of his outward appearance but he had no idea. what if the Doctor couldn't control what kind of image he projected and how people saw him. And what if the Doctor was arrested for possession of crack cocaine.

Love when DW authors are clearly just having fun with the weirdness that comes with The Doctor's pov. He's like "what do you mean my pockets are extra dimensional? It's just being good at ✨fashion✨" then pulls out something absurd that definitely cannot fit in a pocket.
