I've been a little MIA on my 'Gram game, and I'm happy to be back on! Color me copper! I was talking to a friend today about how we go into certain phases of color obsession, or lack thereof. I'm currently back + forth: I started the day in an autumn pallet of brown and cream, then went full black-on-black by the end of the day. Still not many big colors since November really hit. Can anyone relate? The color of this big guy at @starbucksroastery definitely excites more than one of the senses. 👃🏼👁👅 __ Also, thanks for all the lovely @upperleftladies who came out to Friendsgiving tonight! One reason it's hard to purge items from your closet is because you never know what you'll fall back in love with. Did you know today is International Day of the Girl? 👯In honor of the holiday (it started in 2012), I want to introduce you to @birdandstone. __ Bird + Stone is using jewelry as a platform to help widowed women in Kenya out of poverty. They work with a local organization to assist these women with education and micro-loans to help them start businesses and become entrepreneurs! A great way to celebrate Day of the Girl or to treat a friend for the holidays ahead, 15% of net profits go towards helping these women.
