this blog will hopefully be on more of semi-hiatus from this point - I’ll be doing my best to get some recs out but I’m still struggling to even stay caught up on things :( thanks to everyone who’s sticking with this blog and putting up with my inconsistency ♡

OFFICIAL HIATUS

First and foremost, I am not deleting or abandoning this blog.

I’m very sorry to do this, but I think it’s time for me to accept that I can’t handle this blog while I’m working and going to school. I’ve fallen so behind and it’s been over a year since things have been consistent. I can’t even keep up with reading the fics I want to read. I just don’t think it’s fair to you guys to lead you into thinking things will pick up again every time I say they will. And I don’t enjoy having this hang over my head, because reading fanfiction is supposed to be fun entertainment, and sharing my love for stories and organizing it all on this blog was always something fun for me. I don’t want any of it to become a chore.

This is my last full time semester, then next semester will be part time. I’m hoping to be able to come back by next semester, but I can’t predict how difficult next semester will be, even though it’ll only be part time. Maybe I can be on a sort of semi-hiatus by then and then completely come out of hiatus by the time I’m done with my degree in the summer?

I do plan to still rec fics here whenever I have the time to actually read, it’ll just be sparse and I don’t plan on trying to answer questions in the inbox any time soon. It’s just so incredibly time consuming, and time is what I don’t have enough of right now.

Again, I’m really sorry, and I hope you guys understand! I take pride in how organized this blog is, and how much attention I pay to details, so I feel so immensely happy when I hear that you guys love this blog and that it has helped you find so many great stories. I hope I can continue to help more in the future!
